Terms & Conditions — kbdd Bangladesh

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the kbdd platform at kbdd.app (the "Platform"), creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by kbdd, you (the "Player" or "User") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with kbdd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all interactions with the kbdd Platform, including but not limited to: website browsing, account registration, identity verification (KYC), deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus redemption, participation in promotions, and any communication with kbdd's customer support team.

kbdd operates exclusively in the English language and targets the Bangladeshi adult gaming market. All communications between kbdd and its players — including these Terms, support responses, account notifications, and promotional communications — are conducted in English. Players who do not read or understand English are responsible for obtaining their own translation prior to creating an account or accepting any terms.

kbdd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms before each session. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

1.1 Definitions

• "kbdd" refers to the operator of the kbdd Platform, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers.
• "Platform" refers to the kbdd website at kbdd.app, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any software or technology used to deliver kbdd's services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any feature of the kbdd Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the kbdd Platform.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which kbdd accounts are denominated.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by kbdd before processing certain withdrawals or account actions.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to deposits made by a Player using a supported payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

To register an account and use any service on the kbdd Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 or older. kbdd reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including at the point of registration, at the first withdrawal request, or at any time kbdd reasonably suspects that a Player may be under the minimum age. Accepted age verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by an authorised authority in Bangladesh.

Where kbdd determines or reasonably suspects that a Player is under 18 years of age, kbdd will immediately suspend the account, freeze all associated funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account upon confirmation of underage status. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited. kbdd will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the enforcement of this policy.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The kbdd Platform is operated for the Bangladeshi market and is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. kbdd makes no representation that the Platform is lawful, appropriate, or available for use in any jurisdiction outside its primary target market.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the kbdd Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts. If you discover that you have inadvertently created duplicate accounts, you must contact kbdd support immediately to have the duplicate accounts closed.

2.4 Personal Use Only

kbdd accounts are strictly for personal use by the registered account holder. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or allow any other person to access or use your kbdd account. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. kbdd will not accept any claim that account activity was performed by a third party as grounds for reversing bets, cancelling transactions, or restoring funds.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a kbdd account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or fictitious identity when registering. kbdd reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

By submitting a registration application, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You further agree to notify kbdd promptly if any of your registered details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kbdd applies KYC identity verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000, and may be requested by kbdd at any time for any account. The standard KYC documentation package includes:

• A clear photograph or scan of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing the registered name and mobile number matching the kbdd account).
• Where requested, a selfie photograph of the account holder holding their ID document.

KYC documents submitted to kbdd are reviewed by the verification team within 24 hours on business days. Players are notified of the outcome via in-platform message and by SMS to the registered mobile number. Withdrawals requested alongside a pending KYC submission will be held until verification is complete. kbdd handles all KYC documentation in strict accordance with the kbdd Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kbdd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. kbdd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kbdd support immediately at [email protected]. kbdd will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

kbdd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kbdd does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independently of kbdd.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the kbdd cashier page at the time of transaction. kbdd reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time without prior notice. Where a Player's account is subject to a self-imposed deposit limit, the applicable limit will override the standard payment method maximum.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

kbdd commits to processing withdrawal requests within the following standard timeframes:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Within 30 minutes of approval, subject to KYC clearance.
• Visa & Mastercard: Within 3–5 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• Bank Transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank): Within 1–4 hours on business days (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am–4:00pm BST).

kbdd reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where KYC verification is outstanding, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where technical issues affect payment processing infrastructure. In such cases, kbdd will communicate the reason for the delay to the Player within 24 hours.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

kbdd operates a return-to-source policy for withdrawals wherever technically possible. This means that withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, kbdd may request the Player to submit an alternative payment method together with supporting ownership documentation as part of the KYC process.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

kbdd maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls as part of its platform operations. kbdd reserves the right to request additional documentation from any Player where transaction patterns are inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour. Where kbdd determines that a transaction may be connected to money laundering or financial crime, kbdd will suspend the relevant account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities as required. No withdrawal will be processed from an account under active AML investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kbdd offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. By accepting any bonus, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds in your kbdd account. By default, Real Money Funds are used first when placing bets. Once your Real Money balance reaches zero, Bonus Funds become available for wagering. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first be converted to Real Money Funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers at kbdd are subject to wagering requirements — a specified multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution percentages, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses) are stated clearly in English in the specific promotion terms before any Player opts in. kbdd does not operate promotions with concealed wagering conditions.

The following game types contribute to wagering requirements at the standard rates stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where a specific promotion does not state contribution rates, the following default rates apply: slots — 100%; crash games including Aviator — 100%; live casino table games — 10%; virtual sports — 50%; sports betting — subject to minimum odds as stated in the specific offer. Progressive jackpot slots are excluded from bonus wagering by default unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kbdd reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending winnings derived from bonus funds, and close accounts where kbdd has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using betting patterns specifically designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (referred to as "low-risk wagering" or "bonus hunting"); colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; and providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion. kbdd's determination of bonus abuse is final and binding.

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account balance without notice. Players are responsible for checking the validity period of any Bonus Funds at the time of claiming the offer. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6. Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the kbdd Platform — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and virtual sports — are supplied by internationally recognised third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules published within the game interface. kbdd does not modify game logic, RTP (Return to Player) rates, or RNG (Random Number Generator) algorithms. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified software of the relevant game provider.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, kbdd's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnecting, the Player may resume the interrupted game round from the last recorded state where technically possible. kbdd will not be held responsible for any loss of winnings due to disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider, mobile network operator, or device failure.

6.2 Sports Betting

kbdd's sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, virtual sports, and other sporting events. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed by the kbdd system and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked in for that bet regardless of subsequent market movements.

kbdd reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds displayed were the result of a technical error; the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time; kbdd has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed using inside information; or the outcome of the event has been determined to be the subject of match-fixing or corruption. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the Player's account balance.

6.3 Error and Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or pricing error affecting any game or betting market on the kbdd Platform, kbdd reserves the right to void all affected bets and return staked amounts to Players' account balances. This applies regardless of whether bets were placed before or after the error was identified. kbdd will not honour winnings that arise from a technical malfunction or pricing error. Malfunctions void all pays and plays, in line with industry-standard gaming practice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kbdd Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted.

• Registering an account while under the age of 18, or providing false date-of-birth information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one account on the kbdd Platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or operate a kbdd account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the kbdd Platform in a manner not permitted by kbdd.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the kbdd Platform or any game provided on the Platform, whether or not the exploit results in financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing inside information, or manipulating game outcomes through coordinated play.
• Using the kbdd Platform to launder money, fund illegal activities, or process payments connected to criminal activity of any kind.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil bonus requirements, or any other conduct designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine recreational intent.
• Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or test the kbdd Platform's security infrastructure without prior written authorisation from kbdd.
• Publishing, transmitting, or distributing any material through the kbdd Platform that is defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by kbdd

kbdd reserves the right to suspend any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kbdd has reasonable grounds to believe that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; there is a KYC verification outstanding that has not been resolved within the specified period; the account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider; or kbdd is required to do so by applicable law or by a competent authority. During a suspension period, the Player will be unable to place bets, access games, make deposits, or request withdrawals. kbdd will communicate the reason for suspension to the Player as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to legal and investigatory constraints.

8.2 Closure by kbdd

Following investigation of a suspended account, kbdd may permanently close the account where the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for cause, any Real Money Funds in the account may be forfeited in full depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — for example, where kbdd ceases to offer services in a particular region — kbdd will return all Real Money Funds to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Closure by Player

Players wishing to voluntarily close their kbdd account may do so by contacting kbdd support at [email protected]. Before closing an account, all pending bets will be settled, and any Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Players who close their accounts voluntarily may re-register after a minimum period of 30 days, subject to completing fresh KYC verification.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the kbdd Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or 5 years by contacting kbdd support. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of a written request. During a self-exclusion period, the account is fully suspended and the Player will be unable to register a new account on the kbdd Platform. 8.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kbdd will notify the registered email address prior to classifying an account as dormant. Once an account is classified as dormant, a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 will be deducted from the Real Money balance until the balance reaches zero or the Player logs in to reactivate the account. kbdd will not deduct maintenance fees beyond the point at which the account balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
